It was long expected that Apple’s anniversary release, that is, the release of the iPhoneX would bring a new wave of revolutionary innovations in the market. OnePlus was the first to respond with the introduction of its new OnePlus5t smartphone.
The screen of the new model occupies more than 80% of the primary part, and the supersensitive scanner, which is designed for fingerprints, is placed on the back side of the phone. OnePlus’s new model has a 6-inch Optic AMOLED screen, which features a 2160x1080 bandwidth.
The device’s processor and video adapter have been updated. OnePlus5t has a Snapdragon 835 processor and GPU Adreno 540 video adapter. Based on the example of the previous models, OnePlus5t has a selective, 6 or 8 GB operational memory, as well as a 64 or 128 GB internal memory. The device’s 3300 MA/h battery is also resistant.
The new model’s cameras have also been updated. There are two cameras on the back of the smartphone with 16 and 20 megapixels, respectively. The front camera has also been improved. Now the smartphone also has a FaceUnlock function. As in the case of iPhoneX, OnePlus5t users can unlock the phone with their face.
OnePlus5t smartphone is charged as its previous versions, that is, with a USB Type-C slot, but the new Dash Charge technology allows the user to charge the smartphone rather quickly. There is no more wireless charging, which used to cause problems for many users.
Compared with its main opponent, the iPhoneX, OnePlus5t smartphone has several other advantages, including 2 SIM card slots that can be transformed and applied as a device for adding external memory. OnePlus5t is also more flexible in terms of pricing. Starting from November 21, the device with 6GB operational and 65 GB internal memory will be on sale for $499, while the version with 8 GB operational and 128 GB internal memory will be on sale for $559.
